Corporate Sales Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand and closely analyze the customer's requirements
2. Work on attending inbound calls and making outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities and providing them with necessary project details over email or WhatsApp
3. Work on doing regular follow-ups and ensuring customers' site visit
4. Work on the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits
5. Coordinate with sales team after site visits and work on updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in Excel
6. Follow-up with customers & manage the database of leads allocation
7. Work on achieving high sales conversions
8. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system
9. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
