1. Travel or handle different states (3 to 4 states)
2. Identify potential dealers within the designated territory and establish contact
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers to ensure consistent business growth
4. Understand dealers' needs and preferences to offer appropriate products and solutions
5. Provide accurate product information and educate dealers on the features and benefits of our musical instruments
6. Assist dealers in selecting the right products to meet their customers' demands
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
8. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to dealers
9. Negotiate terms, pricing, and terms of sale to secure orders and agreements
10. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
11. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from dealers
12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders
13. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product management to gather insights and feedback from the market
Desired skills & experience:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the musical instrument industry
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with dealers
4. Sound knowledge of musical instruments and their features
5. Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
8. Willingness to travel to attend trade shows and visit dealers
9. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales role
10. Master s or Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
