About the job
At Wildcraft, we are looking for competitive and trustworthy sales executives to help us build up our business activities in corporate & institutional channels where we deal with corporates, MNCs, and companies from various industries along with schools and colleges.

Sales executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products, reach out to us.

Key responsibilities:

1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
2. Set up meetings with potential clients to build pipeline
3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
4. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
5. Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Achieve the set business targets by sourcing new clients, cross-selling, up-selling, reference selling, etc.
7. Maintain and manage client expectations and resolve their concern/issues in agreed time frames
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
9. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
10. Work on exploring opportunities of potential through intense market research

Who can apply:

1. Proven sales experience will be added advantage as a sales executive (on a relevant role adhering to the above JD i.e. B2B sales)
2. Proficiency in English & local language (Hindi/Marathi/Hindi/Gujarati - as per the region)
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel knowledge is a must)
4. A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques will be added advantage
5. Fast learner and passion for sales
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach with excellent interpersonal skills
7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
8. Should have an understanding of the regional market
