Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential corporate clients for MICE services
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
5. Regularly engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and events to promote VG's services
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
7. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
8. Work closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events
9. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives and client expectations
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
11. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to the management team
