About the job

Key responsibilities:

1.Business Development:Identify and pursue potential clients in the corporate, entertainment, and non-profit sectors.
Research and understand client needs to develop customized event solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

2.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and event execution.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally

3.Sales Pipeline Management:Track and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
