Job description: We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy sales executive to help us build up our business activities. A sales executive's responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities:
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
2. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
4. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
6. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven experience as a sales executive or freshers can also apply
2. Proficiency in English
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
4. Fast learner with and passion for sales
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
6. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
7. Any graduate
8. Must have own vehicle
9. Communication skills, client relationship, convincing skills
10. Must be confident
11. Should have a burning desire for knowledge and learning
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 95%
2. Variable component: 5%
