Your main responsibility would be to lead a team of sales personnel and strengthen the client base of Lazy Yatra. You will be required to employ strategies to develop relationships with clients, increase sales and maintain the highest levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales personnel
2. Implement innovative strategies to expand Lazy Yatra's client base
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understand their travel needs, and provide them with the best travel solutions
4. Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
5. Negotiate with clients and close deals
6. Analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
7. Leverage communication and presentation skills to promote the brand
8. Utilize MS Office, Excel, and other relevant tools to manage the sales process
