The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential customers to set up meetings, counsel the learners on the unlu's unique way of learning, and convert them into premium subscribers in your designated zones
2. Ensure that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly
3. Identify promising prospects through old leads, networking, and customer referrals
4. Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited sales representatives
5. Maintain accurate records and manage all sales activities and account information in CRM of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations
6. Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
7. Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
8. Establish strong, profitable rapport via call, email, and WhatsApp and get them on board to purchase the courses
9. Build contacts and create new business and partnership opportunities
10. Keep prospective client database updated
11. Make calls for new business leads
12. Writing new business proposals for partnership
13. Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Minimum Qualification:
1. Excellent command of written & spoken English
2. 0-1 Year experience in sales (Ed-Tech Sales Preferred)
3. Ability to achieve targets
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
5. Preferably from a business partnership background
6. Creative Arts knowledge could be a deal breaker
