Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct planned outbound calls/email campaigns to defined target industries
2. Forge partnerships with companies for placements of our course-completed students
3. Onboard companies as hiring partners and work with the ops team for the placement process
4. Manage the complete relationship with the employer to ensure a smooth experience
5. Be the employer's voice in the company and help shape the employer's product
6. Drive placement revenue in collaboration with the team
