About the job

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the brand manager to understand clients' content and copy requirements.
Strategize and produce content for communication campaigns aimed at advancing clients' employer branding objectives.
Craft concise, strategic content including social media copy, employee spotlights, advocacy pieces, and leadership narratives.
Develop comprehensive long-form content such as employee spotlights, newsletters, and internal mailers, along with campaign articles backed by thorough research.
Employ an inclusive, multi-platform approach (print, digital, and social media), utilizing both written and video formats to maximize impact.
Assess the effectiveness of strategies, programs, and campaigns, and refine them accordingly.
Assist the marketing team by providing content/copy insights for new business proposals and ongoing client campaigns.
Stay abreast of industry and media trends, integrating them into daily work practices.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3.5 years to maximum 5 years of experience in corporate communication and employer branding-specific copywriting. Candidates with agency experience will be given preference.
Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation abilities.
A strong portfolio showcasing work specific to employer branding and corporate communication.
