Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to manage brand requirements, encompassing planning, execution, and team follow-ups.
Tailor copy specifically for employer branding and corporate communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and values.
Develop compelling copy tailored for B2B audiences, spread across various industries
Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas, advance campaigns, and inform creative strategies.
Proactively propose timely content and marketing campaigns based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
Conduct thorough research on client brands and competitors, including past campaigns, while staying updated on emerging industry trends.
Monitor trends in digital and new media industries, as well as competitor offerings, to enhance current services.
Analyze the characteristics, behavior, and media habits of specific audience segments to identify target audiences and propose creative solutions.
Collaborate in end-to-end coordination and execution with junior team members or freelancers for assigned brands.
Ensure timely and effective internal communication to meet client timelines.
Oversee and conduct quality checks on all copy and creative content to maintain brand standards.
Recommend the most suitable platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) for conveying client messages, considering outreach, frequency, and budget.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of copywriting experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing exemplary work, particularly in copy specific to employer branding, corporate communications and B2B brands.
Agency experience is essential.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
