We are seeking a talented and experienced Content/Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various social media platforms to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and foster community growth. This role requires a combination of creative flair, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to create compelling content and optimize social media performance.
Key responsibilties:
1. Content Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audience demographics, and platform best practices
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and content themes that resonate with the target audience
Define content goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content efforts and inform optimization strategies
2. Content Creation and Curation:
Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, videos, and interactive media
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all content channels and formats
3. Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts and profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
Develop and maintain content calendars, scheduling tools, and editorial workflows to ensure timely and consistent content delivery
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly to inquiries, feedback, and customer interactions
4. Audience Engagement and Community Building:
Foster meaningful interactions with followers, fans, and influencers to cultivate a loyal and engaged community around the brand
Implement engagement tactics such as contests, polls, and live streams to stimulate audience participation and foster user-generated content
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess the effectiveness of content strategies
Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, summarizing key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization
Utilize social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics) to gather data and inform decision-making
