To be a successful content creator, you should focus on appealing to consumers' interests by creating engaging material. Ultimately, an exceptional content creator will promote collaboration between internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in our company's outputs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company social media, marketing materials, and similar platforms
2. Conducting research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualize your findings
3. Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials
4. Keeping up with the latest Instagram/YouTube trends and creating trendy reels/shorts which will help increase our social media reach
5. Working with our creative team and other departments to create better engaging content, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems
6. Brainstorming and coming up with unique and original ideas to increase our social presence
Requirements:
1. Experience creating and engaging content
2. A portfolio of applicable outputs
3. An understanding of SEO best practices
4. Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
5. Research, organizational, and time management skills
6. Listening and communication skills
7. The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
8. Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
9. Should know basic video editing and SEO for YouTube/Instagram
10. Must be familiar with the algorithm of these platforms and know how to manage and optimize the same for the best output
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
