The contact center executives shall be based at our office on Baner Road, Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interact with prospective customers on calls and provide them with information regarding our partnered wellness centers
2. Manage the leads effectively to maximize conversions
3. Make outbound follow-up calls
4. Update proper notes in the CRM system
1. Decent Communication Skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in the Marathi language shall be an advantage
2. Strong Customer Support and Sales skills
3. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Previous experience in sales is a plus
6. Knowledge of yoga or wellness industry is beneficial
7. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30 wpm
