Key responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the delivery of allotment and registration information to the registrar
2. Applying for an increase in share capital, monitoring the delivery of share certificates of allocation
3. Keeping track of share warrant holders
4. Complying with the law and filing annual returns
5. Releasing the statutory declaration to receive the commencement certificate
Managing the statutory books
6. Giving all members meeting updates and notices of general meetings; at non-banking financial companies
7. Authenticating and signing financial statements and reports (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements)
8. Filing resolution with the registrar within 30 days
