Collection Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively contacting customers to remind them of overdue payments and ensure they are aware of their outstanding balances.
2. Negotiating payment plans and settlements to help customers clear their dues while maintaining a positive rapport.
3. Addressing and resolving customer disputes or concerns regarding their bills with clear communication and effective solutions.
4. Maintaining professional, empathetic communication with customers to foster trust and encourage timely repayment.
5. Escalating difficult cases to senior management or legal teams when necessary, following company procedures for unresolved payment issues.

Note: It is a work from office role only and you will be required to come six days with rotational week off.
