We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a cold email executive. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through email campaigns to generate leads, build relationships, and ultimately drive sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct extensive research to identify target prospects and gather relevant contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers
2. Develop and implement effective cold email campaigns to engage potential clients, generate leads, and promote our products/services
3. Craft personalized and persuasive email messages that resonate with the recipient's needs, challenges, and interests
4. Utilize email automation tools and CRM software to manage and track email campaigns, and monitor open rates, click-through rates, and responses
5. Optimize email templates continuously, subject lines, and messaging based on A/B testing and feedback to improve response rates
6. Follow up on initial cold emails to nurture leads, build relationships, and move prospects through the sales pipeline
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align cold email campaigns with overall sales and marketing strategies
8. Analyze and report on the performance of cold email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies
10. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all email communications while effectively representing our brand and value proposition

Other requirements
Proven experience in cold email outreach or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong grammar and spelling proficiency
Ability to craft compelling email messages that engage prospects and prompt action
Familiarity with email automation tools, CRM software, and email deliverability best practices
Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of email campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed targets and quotas
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with team members
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously
Knowledge of sales processes and understanding of customer acquisition strategies
Familiarity with the industry or market relevant to our products/services is a plus
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 17,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
