CNC\VMC Operator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on filling up and verifying machine checklist and stations for last batch production and filling up line clearance documents
2. Check material availability as per production plan on the station with the required documents
3. Start operations after verifying the machine program, offset, and last part produce dimension reports
4. Work on loading the part into the machine for machining as per set program
5. Make the first approval inspection report
6. Make an entry in a batch card for the operation finished part
7. Meet production output as per target
8. Work on understanding the specifications of the tasks at hand and the desired result
9. Work on breading mechanical drawings
10. Maintain batch manufacturing records
11. Handover production status to reliever
12. Prepare backup tools for machine loading
13. Maintain a record of tool consumption and daily production
14 Maintain 5S in the workplace
15. Maintain good manufacturing practice
16. Perform routine inspection of processed parts and 100 % visual check
