In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service related to our adventure packages. Your goal will be to enhance the customer experience while effectively promoting our offerings.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding the packages, bookings, and services.
2. Provide detailed information about the attractions, promotions, and operational procedures.
3. Assist customers in making reservations and processing payments over the phone.
4. Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Stay updated on current promotions and offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

1. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
