Client Onboarding Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Use an AI-first approach to grow sales pipeline and customer acquisitions
2. Work with a sales manager on customer accounts
3. Present compelling product/service presentations to potential customers to build a sales pipeline
4. Leverage digital sales tools to highlight key features and benefits to address customer needs
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
6. Be the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns as the international sales team member
7. Work to understand customer objections and address them effectively, to create custom sales deal flow
8. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities
9. Regularly review and analyze digital sales performance against targets
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business and sales activities
11. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and digital sales trends
12. Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales data
13. Work closely with other members of the international sales team to share best practices and insights
