About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support a music school and manage communications for a YouTube channel with 100k subscribers.
2. Maintain student communication through in-person meetings, messages, emails, and audio/video calls.
3. Assist students and faculty in the classroom using our Learning Management System (LMS).
4. Track and follow up with both enrolled and prospective students.
5. Provide technical support to students and faculty.
6. Coordinate workshops, classes, and school events, both online and offline.
7. Announce new classes, workshops, and courses
