1. Work on end-to-end client on-boarding process (starting from lead generation till the closure)
2. Develop new clients across Pan India and enhance business prospects from existing clients
3. Work on new client acquisition as well as existing client coordination
4. Generate leads for new business and client tie-ups for recruitment assignments through cold calling, meeting with prospective clients, market research, and social media like LinkedIn- Sales Navigator, etc.
5. Work on B2B, sales, negotiation, and closing the deal and agreement formalities
6. Engage with clients to secure repeat business
7. Maintain good relationships with the clients
8. Follow up with the clients
