Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with present logistics customers and the team daily
2. Plan & coordinate timely and accurate shipments
3. Organize documents, invoices, and Excel sheet data daily & ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents
4. Work on dispatching drivers & tracking carrier assignments
5. Identify client needs and maximizing customer satisfaction through query resolution
