About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the home care market. Develop strategies to increase client base and revenue.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs and tailor services accordingly.
3. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for expansion. Use this information to inform sales strategies.
4. Networking and Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and community groups to generate referrals and promote Secondmedic's services.
5. Presentation and Promotion: Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate clients and partners about Secondmedic's home care services.
6. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Regularly report on sales activities and achievements.
7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback from clients and partners to the management team to improve services and client satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market trends.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
9. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed about the latest developments in home care.
