About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on lead generation & conversion: Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and pitch our services effectively.
2. Work on sales strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
3. Work on client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
4. Conduct market research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
5. Work on collaboration: Work closely with the creative and execution teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Additional details:

1. Work timings: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
2. Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (on-site).
3. Salary: 15,000 per month + 8% commissions on sales generated + performance bonus.
4. Average earning potential: 40,000 to 70,000 per month.
