Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on gaining domain knowledge of the MBA entrance exams (India and Abroad) and product knowledge about the CATKing courses
2. Collaborate with the customer success and product team to stay abreast of the course offerings and new product innovations
3. Interact with the students to help them understand the exams and assist in choosing the right course
4. Employ probing techniques to discern learners' needs and finalize sales transactions
5. Maintain and update learner data efficiently within CRM platforms
6. Attend the daily team calls and ensure you work collaboratively with the team members, managers, and sales head
7. Maintain a daily talk time of 3 Hours minimum for student interactions
8. Maintain an 80% Conversion Ratio for the inbound and outbound calls
9. Manage the grievances of the students adeptly to safeguard the company's reputation
10. Work on exceeding sales targets and lay the groundwork for future sales endeavors
11. Work on documenting calls and sales interactions, recording pertinent training-relevant details
