Job Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Offline Sales
Location: Gurugram, Faridabad, Nagpur
Working Days and Time: 6 days, 9 AM to 6 PM

Must-Have:
Work Experience: 14 years of experience in Field Sales with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of marketing activities. Possesses good connections with local schools and has expertise in conducting seminars.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct market surveys alongside competitors.
Identify additional offerings for students.
Establish connections with educational institutions (schools, junior colleges, coaching classes).
Initiate discussions with HODs for seminar opportunities and other BTL activities.
Engage students, highlighting Virohan's advantages.
Participate in city placement events for relevant databases.
Connect with parents during seminars.
Collect data from 12th exam centers for attracting fresh students.
Plan canopy activities strategically for better outreach.
Plan and execute marketing activities, generating sales leads.
Visit colleges for tie-ups and potential student admissions.
Manage local BTL activities effectively.
Reach monthly sales targets by nurturing agent relationships and networks.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
