Job description
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market trends.
Build relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable construction solutions.
Coordinate with the in-house team to create tailored proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Provide regular reports on business development progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages for effective communication with clients.
Two-wheeler and valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel within the designated region.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to identify new opportunities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
