The business development executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention
3. Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
7. Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure client needs are met
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
9. Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
2. Proven track record of success in sales and business development
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
5. Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
6. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
7. Willingness to travel as needed

Annual CTC breakup:
