The sales role is for acquiring, retaining & growing the clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Acquiring new clients and lead generation by cold calling & converting leads into sales
2. Increasing sales from existing customers by identifying and executing actions e.g. cross-selling
3. Working on preparing & submitting sales quotations & clarifying queries related to quotation
4. Negotiations and closure of sales
5. Coordinating with teams across functions for order execution and superior customer experience
6. Working on receivables monitoring & follow-up with customers for payments of overdue invoices
7. Tracking performance

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
