Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads, lead closure, and team management
2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
3. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
4. Arrange and close business meetings with prospective clients
5. Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
6. Prepare sales proposals, documents
7. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
8. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
9. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
10. Team handling and developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

Skills required:

1. Experience in business development, plus if have portals experience lie
2. Guru, Upwork etc
3. Background must be from IT-based product and services companies
4. Proven sales track record
5. Proficiency in English
6. Market knowledge
7. Communication and negotiation skills
8. Ability to build rapport
