We are looking for ambitious and energetic business development managers to help us expand our clientele.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Be in the shoes of the client and think of non-cutter strategies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research as per business objectives
2. Generate, nurture & acquire leads for all services
3. Generate B2B leads and fix the meetings
4. Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle
5. Find and develop new markets and improve sales
6. Understand client's needs, conduct client meetings, and follow up with potential clients to customize their business proposals
7. Plan approach decks and pitches, developing roadmaps and strategies for clients
Requirements:
1. Previous experience with a digital/advertising agency
2. Education background: must-have marketing as a stream
3. Sales-oriented, should know how to achieve targets
4. Must have knowledge of SEO, SMO, social media and paid campaigns, brand management, PPC & E-commerce
5. Have a great understanding of the digital industry, business, and services and how they can benefit clients
6. Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
7. Sound business acumen; strategic skills
8. Proficient with MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint
9. Work with ownership & be proactive at work
10. Result-oriented
Experience:
1. Prior work experience with a digital marketing agency preferred
2. Minimum 1-year experience required
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Kolkata
Other requirements
MBA background flavored
Internship and experience in an ad or digital agency only
Must have good content marketing and digital marketing skills
Must have good spoken and written English communication skills
Salary
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
