About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work to generate business for the development of Atraski
2. Help make tour itineraries
3. Assist with researching the offbeat destinations so that they can be explored
4. Work on the database by pitching about Atraski & regularly following up with the companies
5. Work to understand the scope for business coordination with clients and take up briefing sessions when needed
6. Help finalize the deals with the clients and chalk out briefly their requirements for the event (physical/digital)
7. Monitor activities of competitors
8. Work on comprehension of market trends and strategies, as well as executing the new market initiatives
9. Coordinate with the operational and design teams to deliver the best events for our clients
10. Handle and chalk out strategies to boost the organization on social media
11. Update the team leader about the work daily
12. Engage in field sales with a primary focus on B2B clients, predominantly corporate visits and forge valuable connections and drive business growth
13. Experience the best of both worlds in this role, combining inside sales expertise with strategic field/market visits for comprehensive sales operations and development, ensuring seamless follow-up and optimizing sales opportunities


1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Work from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
