About the job
Our company is actively looking for a confident and empathetic individual to join our team as a business development executive. You will be required to develop a rapport with customers demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to assist with their queries and see through the successful fulfillment of high-value transactions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3. Maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
4. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
5. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
7. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
8. Tracking metrics to ensure targets are hit

Requirements:

1. Ambitious, meticulous, detail-oriented, and persuasive
2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
3. Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
4. Freshers also can apply, communication should be excellent (written & oral) & Great networking skills
5. CRM experience is preferred
6. Long-term key player
