Should have the idea about business development and team leading in FMCG/E-commerce/B2B/AgriBusiness industry
Academics from Tier 2/3 -> Engineering and B schools are preferred
Should have the ability to create a new record in sales, business development, and winning new business
Should be comfortable with extensive traveling
Good understanding of tier 1 & 2 cities grocery-Kirana-convenience stores
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 75%
2. Variable component: 25%
