We as founders have worked at some of the largest e-commerce companies like Amazon and the largest hyperlocal e-commerce and vertical e-commerce companies.

We think that e-commerce penetration as a percentage of total retail spending is gonna increase dramatically in the next decade. where it would become more than 50% of total retail dollar spend and a large portion of it would be driven by small eCommerce entrepreneurs and new age direct-to-consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

1. Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
2. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities and account information in CRM
3. Work on consistently achieving a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
4. Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or solicit new potential customers
5. Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or respond to inquiries generated from advertisements
6. Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
7. Present product information to customers once you have identified their needs
8. Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connect them to a salesperson, and arrange in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls
9. Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services
10. Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
11. Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met

Note: You will be working in the US shifts.

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%
