Key responsibilities:

1. Intra-organizational coordination: Work on regular interaction and coordination between students and the learning & hiring team of AlmaBetter
2. Analyze the performance of students on different program elements and propose interventions to improve lagging metrics
3. Identify and resolve all program-related problems, and formulate advanced strategies for better performance
4. Establish and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person interactions
5. Coordinate and arrange events, meetings, appointments, and conferences
6. Write and distribute agendas, proposals, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
7. Provide effective administrative support
