Business Development Associate Job

We are looking for an experienced, Student Counsellor who is meticulous in his/her approach. This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Academic Counsellor based out of Pune.

As a Senior Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing academic counselling to students.

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand career requirements of the students and counsel them and parents (if required) to offersubjectr expertise for specific courses of the university
2. Counsel graduates and working professionals, person of all age group about our courses & handling enquiries
3. Do interaction with students on regular basis
4. Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries
5. Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals
6. Maintain regular communication with students for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems

Requirements:

1. Be result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language
3. Strong, presentation and persuasion skills
4. Report daily, weekly and monthly status
5. Should be target oriented and enthusiastic towards the role

Competencies:

1. Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in education counselling/recruitment
2. Excellent writing and communication skills
3. Strong networking and counselling skills
4. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, colleagues and team representing diverse ethnic and cultural background
5. Experience in designing and implementing academic programs
6. Proven ability to solve problems and work independently
7. Excellent organizational, planning and time management skill
