Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with study abroad consultants, manage accounts, and conduct training sessions to generate business
2. Collaborate with top Indian universities for student exchange programs, organizing workshops/webinars for marketing
3. Connect with student exchange committee members and organize events for lead generation
4. Collaborate with university representatives from the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and Ireland to promote services
5. Represent University Living at education fairs, interact with prospective students, and participate in pre-departure events
6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
7. Required Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, result-oriented mindset, creative thinking, self-motivation, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, strong attention to detail
