Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for identifying new areas for growth and specific prospects as well as nurturing existing client relationships to develop business opportunities
2. It is also to be a driving force for innovation within the agency leading the thinking, education, and development of the sales function at the digital crew
3. Main responsibilities assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the agency goals and revenue targets
4. Lead the response to brief and pitching lead and support the pitch teams
5. Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the agency revenue goal
5. Work with the account managers to identify new opportunities within existing client businesses or contacts
6. Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients
7. Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
