We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic business development associate intern to join our dynamic team at Maxoptimus Green Energy Technology Private Limited as a business development associate intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our business growth initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development while working closely with our experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential clients, market segments, and partnership opportunities to expand our business reach
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
4. Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals for client meetings and business development activities
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and nurturing client relationships
6. Assist in organizing and participating in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and develop new business opportunities
7. Prepare regular reports and presentations to track business development activities, analyze performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement
8. Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate and present our value proposition to clients
9. Provide support in managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
10. Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for business growth and innovation

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
