Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on the sponsorship for various FIAKS products FIAKS e-bulletin, FIAKS focused acclivity program of knowledge sharing, FIAKS premier league (FPL), FIAKS leadership conclave (FLC), FIAKS speaker series, FIAKS digital, and others
2. Designing pitch documents for various products, making customized product proposals for prospective clients (based on the discussions)
3. Designing the template for email communication, Whatsapp communication, phone calls, reply templates - email, Whatsapp, calendar invites, scheduling emails, newsletter creating, and emailing
4. Making transition videos for each
5. Conducting research & preparing the target list of start-ups, banking, insurance, mutual funds, and large technology companies
6. Creating and maintaining the database
7. Communicating the value proposition through emails, phone calls, Whatsapp, and organizing product showcase meetings with prospective clients
8. Creating a funnel of prospective clients, revenue forecast, and participation in the deal finalization process
9. Organizing round tables for policy advocacy, FIAKS motes
10. Organizing speaker series
11. Making the editing videos after each session
12. Handling daily MIS/reporting and preparing a monthly event calendar of online roadshows and extending invitations
13. Working on social media postings & audits


Requirements:

1. Female candidates
2. Minimum graduate from any field
3. Self-motivated, an individual performer
4. Excellent written and oral English language is necessary (ICSE student preferred)
5. Candidates staying in the western suburbs of Mumbai (preferred)
6. Willing to come to the office every day and looking for long-term assignments
7. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
8. Knowledge of Canva & Digital marketing will be added advantage


Note: Experience letter will be given only to the person who works for minimum 2 years.
