We are looking for candidates who are passionate about sales for the position of BDA at BYJU's.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities for BYJU's
2. Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives
1. Graduates (before 2023 only)
2. Not more than 30 years of age
3. Good interpersonal communication skills (face-to-face and telephonic conversations)
4. Sales drive and resilience
5. Experience in consultative selling
6. Should be target driven and achievement-oriented
7. Has the maturity and gravitas to counsel a parent for their child’s future
Annual CTC: 7 - 8 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
