Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand and closely analyze the customer's requirements
2. Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities and provide them with necessary project details over email or WhatsApp; initiate regular follow-up and ensure customers' site visit
3. Take responsibility for the entire presales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits
4. Coordinate with the sales team after site visits and update & maintain daily/weekly and monthly reports in Excel
5. Follow-up with customers & manage a database of leads allocation; regular follow-up & achieving high sales conversions
6. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline in the system
7. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
