About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Calling teachers to conduct workshops (group demos) & then closing the leads on small ticket size
2. Generating revenue for the company & form batches
3. Achieving enrolment target for the month
4. Calling on parent leads through your CRM (30-40 leads are to be called daily)
5. Generating trial classes
6. Pitching to the parents to take PlanetSpark trial class
7. Taking counseling sessions on call/video call and converting them to small ticket size
8. Closing the sale through a smart and strategic approach

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication
2. Laptop and stable internet
3. Good convincing skills
4. Must be street smart
5. A keen desire to drive business development/sales for a fast-growing
seed-funded early-stage start-up
6. An apparent founder's mindset i.e. a mindset where the person can own up
business development/sales and shape it independently like a founder
7. B.Com/B. Tech graduates or anyone who had good communication skills & had the zeal to work in the ed-tech industry
8. Preferably 3-6 months experience in the ed-tech sector

Note: It's a 6-day work-from-office role & we work on Saturday & Sunday. Monday will be a week off.

Salary

Annual CTC: 2.3 - 2.6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
