Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the product and the services provided by the company in depth
2. Understand the processes around financing clearly, in order to guide their client in the most efficient and effective way possible
3. Find, manage and develop various channels that can be used to generate qualitative leads for the business
4. Generate and manage leads from various channels, in order to meet the targets set by the company
5. Understand the requirements and needs of the clients in order to give them optimal results and satisfaction
6. Form and maintain communication channels with various financers across the industry in order to optimize the credit process and achieve a high level of transparency
7. Guide the client through all necessary processes and documentation
8. Build a lasting relationship with all involved stakeholders in order to create a positive loop as well as the brand identity of the company
9. Uphold the reputation and the image of the company by following all guidelines and fulfilling any and all commitments made to the stakeholders
10. Take an analytical approach towards building data-driven insights to improve customer experience
11. Take ownership of the revenue of the company and drive growth as an important asset of the company

Requirement:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automobile finance industry
