About the job
We are currently seeking a dynamic, ambitious business development associate to join our expanding team. The BD associate will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with new and existing clients, driving business growth through direct sales to large enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and target prospective customers to expand Vumonic's market presence and increase our customer base
2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Vumonic SaaS solutions that address their business challenges
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings
4. Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute effective sales campaigns
5. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within our CRM
6. Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
7. Provide feedback to the product and customer service teams to enhance our product offerings and customer experience

Who can apply

1. Your attitude will take precedence above all technical skills

2. We prefer go-getters who have great learning cooperative attitudes as this is an entry-level position

3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

4. Proven sales experience, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

6. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences

7. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

8. Highly self-motivated with a driven, competitive nature and a strong desire to exceed targets

9. Familiarity with the market intelligence industry is a plus

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹30,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
