About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Arrange and manage content for social media
2. Follow up with existing clients, draft and send marketing emails, and reach out to them by phone and email from time to time
3. Create and update presentations for sales meetings
4. Maintain records of inquiries received and schedule follow-ups with them
5. Work on post-event follow-up for feedback and future business
6. Provide back-office coordination and support for the production team before and during the event
