Business Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interpret business needs and translate them into an application and operational requirements with the help of strong analytical and product management skills
2. Create product roadmaps after discussing with business heads
3. Prepare requirements and act as a liaison between the development team and ops
4. Ideate and define epics for the product and then define product functions
5. Participate in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of the new system
6. Prepare product training manuals during the rollout
7. Give proper training to end users on the product usage and its functionality
8. Deliver insight and analysis using statistical tools, data visualization, and business use cases with the product and business teams
9. Ensure timely release of features and bugs
10. Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of new product features and drive decision-making
11. Define key metrics mapping product performance to business success
12. Collaborate with engineers to ensure and improve data access and reliability

Requirements:

1. Must have a bachelor's degree in one of the following:
a. Mathematics
b. Statistics
c. Computer science
d. Engineering
e. Information systems
f. Business
2. Must have good knowledge and understanding of one of the following concepts:
a. Campus placement
b. E-learning platforms
c. Labor laws & HR compliance

Skills:

1. An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
2. SQL
3. Tableau/Power BI/Metabase
4. Knowledge of Python/R is a value addition
