1. Assist with the daily management of operational functions of the project team, including preparation and minutes for standing meetings, reporting processes, and information flow
2. Provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, design of new functionality, and product testing
3. Prepare documents for FRD, DFD, and BRD
4. Participate in project walk thorough, business requirements gathering, design walk-through, functional test plans, and implementation sessions
5. Develop periodic project progress reports
6. Manage written communications between stakeholders and internal business units
7. Manage and maintain content management and control processes and tools
8. Assist the project head during client calls when required
9. Work on project demonstration to clients and gather new feature emplacements
10. Generate leads by identifying market requirements and presenting the product
11. Develop product FAQs and give necessary support to clients for product utilization
